Upcoming Events at St. David's Court
Sunday, February 12th, 4 pm - planning meeting, followed by 5:30 p.m. - Mardi Gras party
St. David's Court is a Christopher Community in East Syracuse, New York for residents with mobility challenges. St. David's Church has a long-standing relationship to Saint David's Court, going back to its founding. The vestry forms the board of St. David's Court, meeting twice a year
As a part of our ongoing relationship, we plan a monthly event at Saint David's Court when we observe the birthdays that month. |
Serve at Van Duyn Home & Hospital
Chaplain Jane Luck invites local churches to help her bring residents to Sunday afternoon services at Van Duyn Home & Hospital, which no longer is able to provide staff for this event. Residents very much look forward to chapel services, and would not otherwise be able to attend without help getting there. The pastoral care committee volunteered St. David's for January 8. We arrive at 1:00 p.m., and leave by 3:00 p.m. Contact the Rector or leave a message at the church office (446-2112) if you are interested and able to be part of this service to the community.
